Contemporary Interior Design

If you are looking for an interior designer working in a contemporary style and able to handle the whole of a project from concept design through to completion, Isherwood interior design may be able to help. Our portfolio consists of a mixture of high-value commercial and residential projects. We are based in Cheltenham but work extensively in Central London and Gloucestershire.

Our projects have appeared in a number of important design publications including Elle Decoration, Sunday Times Style and the Andrew Martin 'Interior Design Review' of the World's Leading Interior Designers'. Our website contains photographs of a wide cross-section of our work from town houses in London, country houses in the Cotswolds and a number of commercial projects.

Many companies use the label interior designer but are in reality interior decorators. Our skills are not confined to colour schemes and choices of furniture and fabrics. We specialise in space planning and handle planning applications to obtain the relevant permissions for alterations to building structure and layout. We produce detailed specifications and schedules of works and supervise the employment of suitable builders. We project manage scheme implementation on many of our schemes, and work with dedicated project managers on some larger design projects. If specialist professionals are required e.g. structural engineers or architects, we are happy to supervise their employment.

The first contact with isherwood interior design will be with our lead interior designer who will present our portfolio and explain the way in which we work. We will produce an initial quotation taking into account the budget for the required works and the services which you will require from us.
