We are used to handle planning applications to obtain relevant permission for alterations to building structure and layout. We produce detailed specifications, schedules of works and supervise the employment of suitable builders. We project manage scheme implementation on many of our projects, and work with dedicated project managers on some large projects, providing a complete contemporary design solution. If specialist professionals are required e.g. structural engineers or architects, we are happy to advise on their selection.
